How our Approach drives our methodologies…

A description of our methodologies…
- Market Structure and Opportunity Assessment – Assesses the structure of the local and global market and therefore the degree of market intensity and rivalry and how that may or may not affect profitability.
- Business Positioning and Innovation Conversations – Assesses how competitive advantage might be created and sustained by redefining the value proposition and structure of the market. Uses a number of tools and frameworks to understand how the value chain can be re-created for to build an innovative competitive advantage
- Portfolio Assessment – Assesses the range of programs, projects and initiatives and how well aligned they to the strategic outcomes of the organisation, how they deliver business benefits and understanding the level of “risk” associated with each initiative
- Change Capacity and Readiness – Assesses the amount of change the organisation can actually take on at any one point in terms of “volume” of change and the “speed” with which it can be absorbed
- Business Performance Improvement - An approach to understanding how to improve the performance of the organisation by assessing opportunities for revenue and margin enhancement and opportunities for cost management improvements
- Benefits Realisation - An approach that maps out each program and project from the perspective of the desired outcomes and works backwards to understand the key assumptions, initiatives as well as the contribution of each that is required to deliver the strategic outcomes sought
- Customer & Supplier Relationship Assessment - An approach that looks at whether an organisation has a “good deal”, one that rewards both the customer and supplier such that a lasting business relationship is created and maintained
- Business Transformation - A more transformational and often more revolutionary approach to Business performance Improvement that results in a quantum improvement in performance
- Market and Product Development Assessment – Assesses the position of the current product and market mix in terms of “evolutionary” and “revolutionary” opportunities. This serves as the input for re-energising the portfolio to build competitive advantage
