The Founder – Tony Katsikas…
Tony Katsikas has 20 years experience across both the corporate and professional services sectors with over 7 of those years at Vice President, General Manager and Director levels
He has attained Master of Business Administration qualifications from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) where he also held a role as Lecturer in the School of Marketing
Tony has managed several Global Marketing Organisations. The focus of these roles has been around understanding the customer and their needs in strategic and tactical marketing terms; developing product & market strategies and tactics, through to branding and promotional mix decisions
Tony's depth of experience in professional services is derived from having gained exposure across a wide range of organisations across a number of different geographies and industries in different stages of their lifecycle. He has worked extensively across the Asia Pacific region
Areas of Expertise include:
- Business Transformation – Insight and experience of the impact of strategy on the organisation from the more “incremental” or continuous improvement end of the spectrum to the more major transformational end that results in a quantum improvement in business performance, inclusive of acquisitions and integration of acquisitions
- Strategic Planning – Insight and experience around the creation of strategy and its facilitation in organisations
- Marketing – Insight and experience of the customer and their needs in strategic and tactical marketing terms
- Supply Chain – Insight and experience across the organisation's supply chain. Experience in Lean manufacturing, Kaizen and Total Quality Management
